Code books can be cumbersome and sometimes unclear. Local AHJ's can be overwhelmed with their own workload and look over potential exceptions. We can help with going through all applicable codes and give an interpretation to present to your AHJ.
Our plan review services can help save time on project schedules and permitting process. We provide services to specific locations on plans, full scope review such as life safety or accessibility, review for MEPF. All reviews will fit our clients' needs from single sheets to full sets during any phase of the project.
We look at all applicable development or owner association documents that have specific design standards and guidelines including approved variances in PUDs. With this, submitted plans to review committee's will be checked for compliance. Includes a detailed report on any findings.

Sometimes plans and digital communication aren't enough. We can provide site visits for issues that arise during construction that can't be reversed and the project must continue. Onsite visits can help expedite the solution by grasping the full scope of the challenge. Site visit services can also be provided for certain inspections if time is of the essence and your AHJ will approve a third-party inspection.
